Refund policy
Products that require an exchange have to be done within 7 days from the date of purchase
(A) Items must be in their original packaging, unassembled and with all labels intact.
(B) Promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
(C) Bring along receipt and the item(s) you wish to exchange to 34 Upper Cross Street #02-148/150 S050034.
(D) Take note that exchange is only applicable to items of the same value or more, customers are required to top up any price differences.
We are unable to exchange items that do not meet these criteria.
Our Refund Policy
Promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds are only applicable when a product is defective and returned within 7 days after purchase (date stated in receipt).
Once the refund request is approved, PNC Singapore will provide a credit note that can be used to purchase any of the products in the store.
Credit Note has to be used 1 year after it is issued. We will not accept any credit notes after a year the credit note is issued, the credit note will be voided.
